Twiggle's Tails Pet Care Default Policy 1. Service Agreement: By booking services through Twiggle's Tails, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 2. Service Scope: Services: The services provided are as described on the booking confirmation. Exclusions: Services do not typically include: training, grooming, yard work, or overnight stays exceeding 6 hours. 3. Client Responsibilities: Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information about your pet(s), including breed, age, temperament, any medical conditions, and current medications. Home Access: Ensure safe and secure access to your home for our pet sitters. Pet Welfare: Ensure your pet(s) are up-to-date on vaccinations, free from contagious diseases, and in good health. Emergency Contact: Provide a reliable emergency contact number. 4. Pet Sitter Responsibilities: Professional Care: Provide professional and compassionate care for your pet(s) according to your instructions. Communication: Provide updates as requested and notify you of any concerns. Safety: Exercise reasonable care and take precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet(s). 5. Liability: Twiggle's Tails is not responsible for any unforeseen accidents, illnesses, or injuries that may occur during pet care. You agree to hold Twiggle's Tails harmless from any liability arising from your pet(s) or your property. Twiggle's Tails is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the service has begun. 7. Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. 8. Modifications: Twiggle's Tails reserves the right to modify this Default Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website. 9. Agreement: By clicking "Book Now" or proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
