  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • You must ensure that your pet(s) are up-to-date on vaccinations and are free from contagious diseases.

  • You are responsible for providing a safe environment for our staff to care for your pet(s).

  • You must provide all necessary supplies and instructions for your pet(s)’ care.

5. Liability:

  • Twiggle's Tails will take reasonable care of your pet(s). However, we are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses that may occur.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Twiggle's Tails harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by acts of god, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
